Native of Rajasthan Sunny comes from the family of hoteliers and real estate developers and resides in Jaipur with his family which includes his father Mr. M. Akhlak who also deals in real estate sector. After completing his MBA he joined his family business.

The passion, burning sensation and zeal to create are the driving forces behind Sunny which laid the foundations of “Sunny Paradise” and “Sunny Enclave” residential areas developed in Jaipur and not only this but he also entered in the commercial development sector of Jaipur through the project like “Sunny Mart” and “Sunny Trade Centre”
